If you want to find out if this is for you, there is no better way than to try it.

A Personal Story
"During my internship I was given a small but independent module where I experienced each of the different phases of a consulting project, starting with the kick-off meeting and ending with the final presentation. I learned a lot from the principal, and was supported through each stage by an incredible team of professionals—who I now consider friends. By combining challenging projects, with less formal activities (such as a team trip to Ibiza), it is easy to understand why I have decided to work here full-time. I am convinced that the most important part of the internship is the chance it gives to live the profession and experience the BCG family. If you want to find out if this is for you, there is no better way than to try it."

A Personal Story

Working with interns is great fun, with the fresh, outsider’s perspective they always being to the work we are doing. By asking questions we might not ask, trying to understand how we work, they challenge the very core of our assumptions. These questions are sure to lead us to more balanced, considered solutions. It is a great pleasure to see how they progress in such a short period of time, becoming a true part of the BCG family.

My advice would be to use the summer to get a real feel for consulting, BCG, and life in the office you are in. BCG has a fun culture which really encourages everyone to get involved and fully benefit from social events and conversations with other consultants outside of work.

And one last important point to make is that interns continue to return to us. It is always extremely fulfilling for those who had worked with interns, had fun together, or simply drank morning coffee with them, to see a familiar face about to start a new career back with the team.
