Join under Early Start Program
Boston Consulting Group’s Early Start program is open to talented young professionals with up to two years of work experience. Early Start gives candidates a unique opportunity to join BCG directly after graduation from a master’s degree program. Currently, we have approximately 20 Associates working in our Moscow office, six of whom joined through Early Start.
The program is open year round and you can apply any time during your final year of study, or after graduation.
Who we look for
Candidates for the Junior Associate position should have a master’s degree from a leading Russian or international university and up to two years full-time work experience.
Candidates must also have a proven record of achievement, excellent analytical skills, and must be fluent in Russian and English.
