At that time, the majority of BCG projects in Russia were dedicated to economic reforms in different branches of the Russian economy. Our client list comprised, for the most part, international organizations, such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and commercial companies. In 1994 we opened the Moscow office to be closer to our clients in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
